Class Descriptions
Children Kempo Class
This class is geared towards kids 5 through 13. In this class, kids learn the fundamentals of punching, kicking, grappling, throws. Students in this class will enjoy learning various self defense and martial arts techniques in a live setting. Traditional training methods such as forms and weapons will also be taught along with modern training methods such as Mixed Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Grappling and Sparring.
Safety and discipline is highly stressed in this class. Not only will they learn key martial arts and self defense techniques, they will learn to become good citizens and be respectful to others.
Fitness Kickboxing
Learn real boxing and kickboxing in this high energy 1 hour class. Get fit and have fun doing it. Maximize fat loss and increase endurance while increasing flexibility and coordination. Get an awesome stress busting workout utilizing our special signature drills and routines to get you in the best shape of your life.
Adult Kempo Class
In this class, students will learn various and effective self defense techniques geared towards the street. Learn how to defend yourself from various attacks and strikes utilizing the best techniques from Kempo, which is blend of multiple fighting styles. Strikes, throws, joint locks, chokes, pressure points, groundfighting are emphasized in this class along with traditional Kempo techniques and weapons training. Learn to stay safe and build confidence and awareness.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Class
Learn effective techniques utilizing strikes, throws, clinching, wrestling, grappling and submissions. This class blends boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, judo, BJJ, shootwrestling, shootboxing. Drills to improve conditioning and endurance is also emphasized in this class. The goal in this class is to make you a complete fighter, well versed in all ranges.
