Junior Kempo Class
This class is geared towards kids ages 5 through 16. In this class, kids learn the fundamentals of punching, kicking, grappling, and takedowns. Students in this class will enjoy learning various self-defense and martial arts techniques in a live setting. Traditional training methods such as forms and weapons will also be taught along with modern training methods such as Mixed Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Jiujitsu, and Sparring. Safety and discipline is highly stressed in this class. Not only will they learn key martial arts and self-defense techniques, but they will also learn to become good citizens and be respectful to others.
Fitness Kickboxing Class
Learn real boxing and kickboxing in this high energy 1 hour class. Get fit and have fun doing it. Maximize fat loss and increase endurance while increasing flexibility and coordination. Get an awesome stress relieving workout utilizing our special signature drills and routines to get you in the best shape of your life. Fun for all skill levels!
Adult MMA/Open Mat (All Levels)
Learn effective techniques utilizing strikes, throws, clinching, wrestling, grappling, and submissions. This class blends boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, judo, BJJ, shoot wrestling, and shoot boxing. Drills to improve conditioning and endurance is also emphasized in this class. The goal in this class is to make you a complete fighter, well versed in all ranges.
Women's Self Defense
Learn fundamental and crucial self-defense techniques in a comfortable setting. This class is designed for all ages and skill sets and geared towards equipping women with the confidence and skills to defend themselves in various situations. This is also a fun class to enjoy with friends and family. It is never too early or too late to learn how to defend yourself. Offered in group or individual settings, upon availability.
